The Altruist: Weapon of Masked Destruction

I’m The Altruist. My powers only work when I'm helping or saving the lives of other people. I'd be lucky to be defined as a level 2 SPEC (Specially Powered and Extrordinary Character). I watch from below while other SPECs, many of whom the people see as gods among men, do things that I can't even begin to imagine.

He’s the Weapon of Masked Destruction. I don’t know who he is, but I do know one thing: he's killing us off. SPECs, I mean. Whatever his level is, it's a heck of a lot higher than level two. He's making mincemeat of the SPEC community and isnt' showing any signs of slowing down.

So, how do I have any hope of surviving if I'm the only one that can stop him?
